TRY AGAIN

© Miranda Dodson 2013
Yesterday as I was in my bathroom getting ready for work, a radio segment came on NPR that totally caught me by surprise. Before I knew it, tears were streaming down my face, just as I was trying to apply my mascara.

David Brown, host of KUTX's Texas Music Matters, chose a song titled "Try Again" by singer-songwriter Miranda Dodson as one of the "five songs public radio can't stop playing." The song is based on Dodson's heartbreaking experience of multiple pregnancy losses.

Listen to the NPR segment here.

Download the interview with Dodson here (you must click the "download" button in the top nav bar).

And get your tissues ready.
